consignment items

sorry friends, all consignment garments, accessories, and décor items are final sale.

we carefully inspect all consignment pieces to ensure nothing is damaged before we sell it, but items are pre-loved and may show some minor wear. please keep in mind that these items are sold as is. all minor damages are highlighted in the product descriptions; please read these notes before purchasing. if you’d like more info on any items, please e-mail hello@shapesandfeelings.ca, or direct message us on Instagram. we’d be happy to help!

quality goods

 new quality good items can be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are not excluded below. buyer must pay for the return shipping and once we receive the item we will issue a return.

earrings, bath and body, fragrance, cosmetics, and nail polish are final sale. 

to initiate a return please email us at hello@shapesandfeelings.ca with the subject line "product return". we will provide the return address once initiated.

if shipping the returned item, we recommend adding tracking to returned packages. once we have received a return we will review it and issue a refund, minus the original shipping charges. we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
