if you’re a new consigner, please complete this form and receive your account confirmation prior to booking your first appointment.

consignors can drop-off items once a month (every 30 days). we will review up to 20 items, and select a maximum of 15 pieces at each appointment. check out our past pieces that have sold for examples of what sells well in our shop.

consignment steps

  1. book a virtual review OR in-person drop-off appointment below: booking an appointment helps us stay organized and ensures we have time set aside to review your pieces thoroughly. please place your freshly laundered items in a box, paper bag(s), or reusable bag. no hangers or plastic bags. note that your bag/box will not be returned to you.

    avoid unnecessary commuting with our virtual review option. at the time of your appointment, send us photos of the pieces you'd like to consider over Instagram DM, text, or e-mail, or show us in a video chat review via Zoom or Facetime. if any pieces are selected during the virtual review we will arrange a pick-up or drop-off. pick-up is available in Winnipeg within the perimeter ($5 fee removed from total payout).

    for in-person drop-offs, meet us at our studio and wait in your vehicle or inside as we review and select your pieces. we’ll text or DM you on Instagram once we’re done!

  2. digital contract: after we’ve reviewed your pieces in-person, a digital contract including a finalized list of items will be sent to you to review and sign. please allow us up to 21 days to have your items listed on our website (this time may be affected by holidays).

  3. payout: ka-ching. you will receive one total payout at the end of your consignment period (60 - 90 days) if any of your pieces sell. you can choose to receive this as either a shop credit or e-transfer ($1.50 e-transfer fee removed from total)

we do not accept dated or out of style items, furs, intimates, bathing suits, wedding-related attire, formal wear, luggage, or large furniture pieces. we’re not really looking for specific brands, but more-so style and quality.

ensure your garments are freshly laundered, have no pet hair, not stained, seriously damaged, faded, out of season, or dated, and that décor pieces are in functional condition.

please be on time for your appointment. if you think you’ll be more than 10 minutes late, we can reschedule! please provide 24 hours notice before cancelling your appointment.
