what types of pieces are you looking for to consign?

we are looking for new and gently used contemporary and vintage clothing pieces that have long-term wearability, and timeless home goods. check out our past pieces that have sold for examples. we will not accept poor quality or dated items that are not currently in style. thank you for not taking it personally if we cannot accept your items!

how do I book a consignor goodie drop-off appointment?

we start with a virtual review before scheduling a physical drop-off. book your appointment here. please make sure your clothing pieces were laundered or dry cleaned within a week of dropping off your items.

do you accept consignors outside of Manitoba?

yes! we will provide a shipping label to get your items to our studio in Winnipeg. please register to join our consignment community and we’ll e-mail you instructions on how to get started.

do you allow try-ons or in-person shopping?

we do not currently offer try-ons or in-person shopping.

any tips for knowing if something will fit?

we know one of the biggest challenges with online shopping is not being able to try stuff on. we always list the specific measurements of a piece laying flat in the item description. we recommend taking these measurements and comparing them to something you already have that you love the fit of. we are happy to send more photos or answer any other questions via email or Instagram DM.

how do you measure your garment pieces?

we measure all of our pieces laying flat
with a soft tape measure.

front/length: from the top of the shoulder down
chest: from armpit to armpit
sleeve: from shoulder to wrist
waist: across the top of the garment, from seam to seam. double for full circumference.
inseam: from crotch seam to bottom hem

pieces are photographed on a medium sized bust form measuring 15” shoulders, 34” chest, 26” waist, and 36” hips

what are your shipping and delivery options?

we offer free local pick-up and $5 delivery in WInnipeg, and Canada-wide shipping. learn more about these options.

do you ship outside of Canada?

yes! if you require international shipping please contact us to place your order.

I just ordered something, and I want to order something else soon. can I combine delivery/shipping?

If they are going to the same address, absolutely! please send us an email immediately after your first order so we know to hold onto it. we will provide you with a unique discount code for your next order to cover the cost of shipping already paid.

is your packaging eco-friendly?

yes! we aim to use recyclable, repurposed, or biodegradable packaging as much as possible.

when will my order get to me?

local pick-up: we’ll send you an e-mail when your order is ready with further instructions. please book your pick-up time here.

delivery: to be kind to the environment and keep costs low, we try to combine deliveries as much as possible. You can expect your delivery within about a week on a Sunday or Monday! please email or Instagram DM us with your order number to arrange a time. If you do need it sooner please let us know and we'll try to set it up.

shipped items: items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase and sent via Canada Post Standard service, which takes 2 to 11 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number and timeline via email. If you need your order sooner than that please contact us immediately after placing the order — please note additional shipping charges may apply.
